Refund will be processed after reaching goods to our office in same condition after within 10 to 15 business days.

Authorization: Returns will only be accepted if a Return Authorization (RA) number has been issued by our customer service team.

B. Receive Return Authorization: Upon initiating a return, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with your return package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

C. Packing and Shipping: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any accessories. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

D. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return requirements. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. If the return is not approved, you will be notified, and the items will be returned to you at your expense.
4. Non-Returnable Items

- Special orders or made-to-order items
- Items sold as final sale
- Personal care items such as undergarments once opened
5. Exchanges

C. Refund Processing: Once the return has been received and inspected (if applicable), the refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

D. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Exchange Process
A. Initiate Exchange Request: Contact our customer service team via email mail@lotify.in or call our exchange hotline at +91-7760985942 to initiate an exchange request. Please provide your order number, item(s) for exchange, and reason for the request.

B. Exchange Authorization: Upon receiving your exchange request, our team will review it and provide an Exchange Authorization (EA) number if the request is approved. Unauthorized exchange requests will not be processed.

C. Shipping and Processing: Ship the item(s) to be exchanged to the address provided by our customer service team. Ensure the EA number is included with the package. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), the exchange will be processed. The new item(s) will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days.
10. No Refund or Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds or cancellations, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Special orders or made-to-order items
- Items sold as final sale
- Digital goods once delivered or downloaded

Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. For digital goods, cancellations are not allowed once the delivery or download has started.
11. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. This includes credit/debit cards, and other payment methods offered at checkout.
